First night staff was very rude nonchalant and disrespectful when I was telling her about the room tv wasn’t working and both staff told me I would be working by 730 and 9 am the next morning since we came in so late Friday night we didn’t care for the tv at the time. The next morning it still wasn’t working and we asked the staff do the morning shift and she was rude and said she couldn’t give us another room and they never came to look at it or fix the tv. The supervisor came out and spoke with us within 5 mins she had us in another room and was very polite and professional with the conversation she gave us. She even went to the new room she relocated us at and made sure the tv was working and we all the amenities we need for our stay. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think our stay would’ve lasted the next day at all. As for staying here, I would look elsewhere before coming back here.

The facilities could use a little upgrading. For me, it was home while scuba diving in the Keys. Fridge & microwave, bed & shower were all I needed. For the price, I would stay there again. Plus, it'll right on Highway 1.

Room had all amenities necessary except no coffee pot. I liked the vinyl instead of carpet, but the vinyl floors were still really dirty. Me and my dog left tracks that i wiped up with a rag from my truck which turned black! 😬 The cost for the room midweek was a little excessive for a basic room! Front desk clerk was not overly friendly at check in. There was no mention of a "pet fee" at check in until 2 workers went in and told her i had a pet which then i got called back to the office to pay a $25 pet fee on top of an already $203 room charge! I understand that some owners dont respect the grounds when staying with a pet, but i feel that such an excessive fee for those of us that do isn't fair. The pet fee should be refunded when the room is cleared of any pet damage!

Everything was horrendous, i have to be 100 percent honest. This has been by far the most dirty and ghetto hotel I've ever booked. The floors have never been moped, and the staff was hesitant to refund my money back l! Over all never i mean never go here.

Floor in the room was not clean. I got out of the shower and walk out to the main room with out shoes sat down to put my socks on my feet were dirty. Also the room smelled musty when you walked in The front desk person could be nicer when asked a question was very short.
