Where do I begin……it was awful terrible no good very bad day. The tub alone is what got me they gotta do better it was disgusting curtain was dirty black tub black. Room service took forever and a day to come bring towels let alone for toilet paper took two days to come clean the floor sheets smelt like just old century. Breakfast was wack where the food at dry muffins just over all -1. They didn’t have a complimentary iron.i have to ask housekeeping for 1.And that housekeeper looked like she do drugs

Stay away

We checked in and were not given any details. No wifi password, no pool location, no breakfast from this time to that time. I was only told $50 charge for deposit. No problem. Get to our room. Bathroom not the cleanest. Room had a stale smell. Floors felt sticky. We dropped our stuff off and left for the day. Didn't return until 830pm. My son swam flr 30 minutes before being told pool is closed. My son showered quick, we all went to bed. Woke up early to leave because there was alot of noise all night. Went to check out and the front desk lady was rude. After i checked out i realized they were serving breakfast and told her i would be back in woth my husband and son amd ahe told me "No, you already checked out thats for current guests" Horrible stay do not recommend.

The room smelled like mildew and the floors were dirty. No one bothered to sweep and mop before renting the room out. Looks like they attempted to clean the mirrors but failed. Will not be my choice again

I stayed on the property over the Easter weekend. I was charged a 50.00 holding fee for the room that I was not Informed about upon booking with Expedia which was never returned to my account. In the morning there were over a dozen roaches in my bathroom. They were all over my cloths, toothbrush, soap. If you stay here you have to sleep with the lights on or else. This place should be condemned .
