Rooms are a bit outdated, bathtub stained and desk drawer was broken. Desk staff could have been more accommodating. I had to check out a full 28hrs early due to heading back home early and when asked if I could be refunded for the night, I was given the run around. First I was told I could only receive if I did book now pay at the hotel rather than paying on Expedia and then when I explained I did book now pay later I was told something totally different. Would not recommend unless it’s a last minute reservation which it was for me being that my flight back home from cruise was cancelled.

My experience at Envision Hotel was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked in, the place felt neglected and unsettling. The hallways honestly looked like something out of a horror movie — poorly maintained, dim, and uninviting. When we got to the room, it was even worse. The room was filthy, with visible mold, dirt, and hair in multiple areas. It clearly had not been cleaned properly, and the conditions were unacceptable. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. We weren’t the only ones — several guests who checked in around the same time ended up immediately checking out after seeing their rooms. That alone says a lot about the condition of this property. We ended up leaving because staying there was not an option. This hotel seriously needs to be inspected or shut down until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We selected this hotel because it was relatively close to the airport. Our flight was delayed causing a need for an over night stay. The room was clean enough, but pretty spartain for the cost. It was noisy in the parking lot. Better thansleeping on the floor at the airport.
