The room wasn’t ready when I arrived so I was told to wait and call a number to find out when it would be. Ended up leaving the hotel rather than wait in the lobby. The dining experience was horrible. Waiter was nice but overwhelmed and it took 45 minutes for my meal to come. I was a single person dining so it should never take that long. Overall, there are a lot of other hotels in the area I would choose over this one after my most recent experience.

Shower in room was less than sub par. Pool area was dirty and needed cleaning of towels and empty plates and cups. Asked multiple times for towels at pool with none brought. People smoking cigars and weed by pool and not in designated smoking areas. Not at all what I would expect for Hilton standards and staff should be embarrassed by what they are providing. Waited at the airport for the shuttle for over an hour only to be told that we would have to wait another half hour. Finally got an uber.
