I like that the hotel smelled nice and was greeted with champagne. The room I got smelled like cigarette smoke in which I didn't like because I have bad allergies and my cousin has Asthma. So we was given another room which was better but far as safety the lock was loosened which they did come to fix. Shortly after a couple of hours our toilet was topped up.

I will stay was fine. The hotel room was good however we were upset at the fact that even to order just one beer or drink you were charged 18% gratuity, which was ridiculous considering that it was according to service and our service was horrible in the bar area. They were not friendly and they did not come back to check on us at all yet. They got 18% gratuity. We thought this was very unfair. It should’ve been according to how they treated us and we always tip well when we are treated good, but we were not given a choice and we were not treated good
