The reception was professional. The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was 90s business style. No central lighting switch. We had to search for the light switch of every lamp. Biggest challenge was the lack of hot water in the shower. It took on average 5 minutes for hot water to make the journey to the 12th floor. This is beyond reasonable.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the bartenders. The room was clean amd spacious. No free breakfast here, and they have bottled water for $8/bottle in the rooms, no thanks! The little cafe was a great option for Starbucks coffee and quick snacks. Bar was nice too.

A very old hotel. Public spaces were updated but rooms are not at the same standard. Staff is nice, but that’s not an excuse to skip housekeeping without a notice. Over priced for the value

Everything was great except that it has been really cold in F,oirday and the hotel had no heater in the common area (restaurants) or in the rooms. It was freezing!

Check in was a breeze. Riguoer was very welcoming. Close to airport so you will hear the planes. The restaurant food is very good. Now I have to point this out. Not very clean bathroom (toilet had blood) and it seems they just keep putting plaster everywhere to cover up the flaws. There also was not a vent in the shower which was annoying.
