We were grateful for the room up grade with a beautiful wrap around view of the lagoon and downtown Miami. The service was awesome especially our bartender Rosen at the Blue Lagoon Saloon! Also Murad and Sam at the Herb'n Kitchen were great! The only negatives are: Water in the room was $8 a bottle, it should be complimentary, period! And parking was pricy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The property is good but the room i got through expedia was a dump. I got the 13th floor. Carpet dirty, bed had dust mites, bathroom looked old though clean, chair looked musty and there was a door to the balcony that was rusty. Balcony was not clean.

No a great experience

The hotel needs a serious upgrade. Towels old and nasty. Bedding too. The hotel have a prom event and was not parking available and a ridiculous line to get in to the hotel. Plus the $30 charge for parking is ridiculous. Is a lot of more hotels closed to the area way better. I will never ever again book here
