When we arrived at our room the bathroom, specifically the toilet, was slightly dirty. The walls around the bathroom was also dirty. When you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet cause it’s a curtain shower.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any request we had. Hector was especially attentive and welcoming. Our room was bright & tidy, my only qualm was there was a moldy odor in the room. The odor seemed to subside over time. Our room was close to the pool. The food options were also very good. We would def book again.
