Only 1 elevator was working and made getting to and from the room a nightmare. I expected to have a refrigerator in the room, but there was none. Not sure why, because there was room enough for one.

The Miami International Hotel is an old hotel that could use upgrades & a face lift. Only one of the hotels 3 elevators were operating. We were waiting for a while to get floor to floor. The hotel restaurant food was good but the bartender was working the bar & the floor which the made wait time longer. The room thermostat was from the 70’s. It only had a faded out warm & cool dial, I’m not sure what temperature that is. We stayed there because of its convenience of flying in & boarding a cruise the next morning which it served its purpose.

Nice to stay in the airport after a long flight. Wonderful shower pressure and very comfy beds. The pillows were flatter than we are used to and the room was very humid but dried out shortly after turning on the ac.

After reading many negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised how nice our room in this hotel was. Very bright very clean, updated furnishings, art, etc. Not a five star hotel for sure, but convenient right at the airport. Close to food and drinks. Staff was very nice and I would easily stay here again.

The rooms are ok. Nothing fancy, but convenient and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice to wake up for early flights at airport and walk right to your gate.
