The rooms were good, spacios. Bathrooms need some work, a couple of things were old or broken. The view and location were spectacular. Easy access. Hope they had free coffee & water, the least. Amenities were ok. Place is overall out of date but manageable. Sweet access to great restaurants. Staff was overall nice. Thanks.

The only good thing about staying here was the location. The air conditioning was turned up high, making the room uncomfortably cold. The thermostat was broken and temperature could not be regulated. After several requests, it was never fixed. The room had no curtains or shades so it was impossible to block out the bright city lights at night.

The unit was nice, and comfortable, with a great view. I loved the deep soaking tub. That said, I wouldn’t stay here again. The noise was just too loud—street noise from extremely loud cars and revving engines was super disruptive. I could hear conversations and loud banging from adjacent units. It really made the relaxation I was seeking impossible. Perhaps I should’ve predicted that given the bustling location. Parking was also tricky. Instructions were to park on the 4th/5th levels but where was never once a space available there. It was fine, I had no trouble at all parking on the 6th, but if I was truly ONLY supposed to park on 4/5 that would never have been possible. Also, a note for the owners, the sink has a very slow drain, and running the water even for a moment it backs up into the sink. Finally, I’m the type of guest who actually likes cable—I’m not interested in signing in to streaming with my accounts, I’d rather just surf regular tv than the strange Roku-like “channels”. Just a personal preference, it would’ve been nice to have the cable option.

The room was very clean and the view was gorgeous. They provided a bottle of wine and complimentary waters as well. However, it was very cold and there was no heat in the unit, which would have dissuaded me from staying if I had known prior to arriving. I also had to leave a couple of days into my week long trip due to a family emergency and they were unhelpful in providing a partial refund. I'd consider coming back due to the location, but I'd bring a heater next time if coming in fall/winter.

It was a great experience, came all the way from California. The view was nice for the partial ocean view. The room was a pretty nice size. It’s nice that it was affordable. Some upgrades are needed, like the shower, specifically for our room. But for the price, there can be no complaints. Good location. There was a noisy kid next door. Each morning and night, it would have been nice to had been accommodated to change rooms, but not a big deal.
