This is always a must stop for us every time we are in Miami. My family and I love the beach, and the pool and the closeness to amazing restaurants for every palate. Staff is friendly and rooms and installations in general are kept very clean

The property was all show with little customer care. Room was cold and dark. We were only allowed 1 coffee cup (and one "demi cup") for the coffee maker -- we asked but were denied an additional full-sized cup! Breakfast was below average quality. Facilities kept weird hours and were usually closed. It was a long, expensive ride to and from Miami airport and other Miami activities. Not recommended!

Very outdated in the rooms. I was charged for taking snacks/drinks from the room which I did not they finally took the charge off my bill. The shower took 15 minutes to heat up. Worst of all there were cockroaches in my room. They came and checked it out and left the sleeper out. Not the greatest access to the beach. The restaurants there were amazing. Need coffee pots or pods not just espresso machines in the rooms no microwaves.

This property is in complete disrepair and needs full renovations. I also feel the resort fee and other money grabs and auto added gratuity are a farce for the service and quality. The ONLY good thing about this place was the spa and view.

I was impressed with the staff. We were accommodated with help to find pool chairs. Lunch consisting of a delicious burger with fries that was promptly delivered. The virgin strawberry daiquiris were the best I have had. The extra large pool with the waterfalls was beautiful and relaxing. Our room was nice with a cozy bed, nicely decorated and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. I cant wait to come back!

The hotel is nice overall, however the check in was 2 hours late and I was not allowed to extend the checkout beyond 12:30 pm. This was very inconvenient considering I was travelling with a toddler. Water to the room was provided only on the first day, on all others only coffee capsules.
