My brother door did not work. Battery was out on the key thing. This was 3 am the night we got there. After waiting nearly an hour he had to be moved. They “upgraded” him to an “ocean” view that was really a view of a nearby tower with a partial ocean view and gave us free tickets to their breakfast buffet (each priced at 40 dollars normally). The buffet tasted like cub foods food. I am glad we had it for free since it was garbage and we would have been very disappointed otherwise. Anyways my brother was not moved until the afternoon the next day after dealing with the door not working for 12+ hours. The upgrade was not very good. Then when we left the valet accidentally gave us his keys so we had to drive back on checkout day. We did get 100 dollars comp for each room for that inconvenience and that part of it was just fine. However the room issue was a lot of fuss for not enough payout. Overall the price of this resort compared to other resorts in the actual Caribbean is not worth it.

It was my first time staying at the Trump international beach resort hotel. I absolutely loved everything about it. The fitness center was excellent, the pool, and beach set up was beautiful, and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The location has shops, and places to eat aswell. The staff members were all amazing, and friendly. Thank you

Unexpected fees and $550 hold on card at check in was crazy. Service was long unless you were at the resturant on the beach. Double smash burger was insanely good and Randy and Jorge were incredible people. Beach was nice and workers were very helpful
