The apartment has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms and the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to local bar and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the beach and amenities, a perfect choice for all. Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to the front door of this apartment, plus a slope and more stairs to get to the pools. The apartment is the ground floor apartment but is elevated so you cannot access the garden / pool from the terrace.The property offers WIFI and internet enabled European television channels. The pool is open all year around from 09:00-21:00.As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.
