Summary:

Welcome to our apartment at the top of the house with magical views of the sea where you can sit and enjoy for hours. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach and a nice promenade. The area includes lovely gardens with 3 different pool areas, one with café / bar (unique)

Miraflores is a quiet area between Fuengirola and Marbella, close to both beach and nature as well as restaurants, bars and shops. There are buses every half hour to Fuengirola and Marbella.



The Space:

The apartment is at the top of the house with a fully equipped kitchen directly to the left, from the sink you look out towards Avenida del sol and its beautiful palm trees, straight ahead we have a spacious living room with plenty of seating for the whole family, there is a Smart -Tv with and internet. From the front door to the right you will find a bathroom and the master bedroom with its own exit to a covered balcony with sea views. From the lovely terrace out from the living room, a spiral staircase leads up to the next cozy bedroom with sloping ceilings and private bathroom.

The apartment is fully equipped with A / C, Internet, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

You have access to 3 communal pool that is open all year round and the well kept gardens around the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Urbanzation Alamar is located in Riviera del Sol, Miraflores, and is a tranquil oasis between Fuengirola and Marbella, just 15 minutes in each direction. The beaches are calm and not crowded during the summer months, and there is lots of nature to explore, hike/walk in as well as exploring the nearby metropolises of Costa del Sol.



Getting Around:

You can get around by car, bike, or on foot. Some buses go every 30 minutes to Marbella and Fuengirola. Parking is free along the streets outside.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the whole flat for yourself and we will be reachable by phone when you need us!
