There is another large terrace and a private garden on the lower level, with access from the bedrooms, with sun loungers and terrace furniture. This outdoor area can also be accessed by stairs from the upper terrace.



There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and 2 with 2 single beds each (large). 2 bathrooms, one en suite, with walk-in showers. Service room with washing machine and dryer. Dressing room on the upper floor with toilet and washbasin.
