On the main level, you are welcomed by a bright and generously proportioned living room furnished in a modern style, complete with a digital television and both air conditioning and forced-air heating. From this level, you have direct access to a large terrace of 80 m2, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday convenience, featuring an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, and a microwave, alongside a dining table ideal for shared meals. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a terrace and the swimming pool. This level also includes a playroom equipped with 1 folding bed, as well as a shower room with WC.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms are available, each configured with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both rooms benefit from access to a terrace of 30 m2, and the floor is served by a shower room with WC. Please note that the 4th floor is closed and not accessible to guests.
