The toilet hasn’t been cleaned. There were black hairs on the bathroom shower/tub and floor. A lightbulb was burnt out on the bathroom and the carpet was stained and worn out

No, it was an overall very nice day. Nothing extra special but nothing bad breakfast had sausage omelettes cereals waffles nice eating area. Workout room was small cool and hot tub were pretty pretty nice.

I liked the easy access to downtown Milwaukee without being downtown. I didn’t like that the parking lot was full when I got back and had to park in Champs and wasn’t sure if that was ok or would I be ticketed or towed.

Clean but walls NOT noise proof

Room nice and clean; however after check-in we were in our room and another person opened our door as he had been given same room. It was straightened out, but then after coming back from dinner our room card did not work so had to be Re-keyed. Never had had this happen before. Walls were paper thin as about 1 am loud music started next door. We called front desk but then it stopped before anyone got there. 10 min later it started again and was loud. Finally turned volume down-but walls very very thin. Also heard neighbors on other side arguing earlier. We won’t stay here again.

OK for the price, but needs improvements.

We stayed here about 1.5 years ago, and thought it was great. Our experience this time was not nearly as good, unfortunately. Our room was super damp/humid, and everything we tried (windows open, A/C, heat) did not help. Our toilet was extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable. Kids were running up and down the halls and yelling very loudly at 10:30-11 PM- parents were with them and did nothing about it. The pool has “adults only” hours, but only from 11-midnight, so we never even got to use it (same wild kids were in there every time we checked). Overall, we were just pretty disappointed and probably won’t stay again. I will say that Breanna at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming!

A Great Place to Stay in Milwaukee

When we arrived the front desk attendant was quick, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It was clear she loves her job and is passionate about helping guests have a great experience. We left for a 2 hour dinner cruise after check in and when we came back the same attendant greeted us with fresh cookies and light a fire on the patio so we could unwind and enjoy our evening. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The pool was warm and refreshing. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
