Very disappointed with the service at this hotel, firstly the breakfast is really bad just a few snacks and one morning i went there and there was nothing with 30 minutes left to the time of the breakfast. Secondly, i fell in the lobby of the hotel because there was water on the floor and i've been trying to get a call back from someone who cares at this place and it seems like nobody cares at all. It's supposed to be safe walking in a hotel lobby.

Great area, nice and quiet. On the contrary we had to contact the staff multiple times for fresh towels and waited for around three hours, delaying a fresh start to the day. There's no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Also, having to commute to the 1st floor for usage. Key🔑 Machine is down for a time they're not able to provide. Otherwise, excellent sleep and view!

Room was not clean when we got to room. Housekeeping didn’t fully clean it. No fitted sheet. No restaurant or bar open. Hot tub closed as well.

The hotel was nice, but the service was fantastic. The two girls working the front desks were excellent. The one girl was there all day and worked past her shift, because they were short-handed. But she was still just as sweet and helpful at midnight, as she was at the beginning of the day. We were there on June 20th, so please give these two girls a raise!
