The house is lovely, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time together with our young adult children. I would like to communicate a few points in an effort to be helpful. It was SUPER cold while we were there—-in the teens, so we did not use the hot tub or enjoy the porches at all. When we arrived—-the code we were sent was this. Door Lock: 016382*/ (checkmark symbol)We tried this combination numerous times with no success. We finally just used the numbers and checkmark, which opened the door. Please remove the * from the instructions.We needed all 4 bedrooms. The upstairs loft bedroom had no sheets on the bed, which made for a very uncomfortable night for the person using that room. My husband and I slept in the bedroom off the kitchen, which had only a very thin bedspread. I did find one thin, cotton blanket in the closet, but we would have loved warmer bedding. In the kitchen, the refrigerator has an ice-maker, which apparently does not work. There were 4 empty ice trays in the freezer, so we eventually had some ice from those, and left them filled for the next guest. We brought wine, but there are no wine glasses. We made do with the glassware that was there. We never did get the gas logs fireplace to operate, despite following the instructions carefully. We bought some wood the next day and used the wood burning fireplace. Despite those things, we had a lovely time. If it were my house, I would appreciate the feedback, hence these thoughts.
