The room was very clean and smelled amazing! The hallway needed vacuuming and smelled a little funky. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was very good. The bedding was soft and very comfortable.

For $300+ it was very basic. There wasn’t even a couch or comfy chair to sit in. We ran out of toilet paper, called to ask for more and were told to come down and get it. Thought for $300 they could provide ample or bring it up to our room. Not super impressed.

At check in nothing was shared about the breakfast time, the internet password, nor where was the TV guide. Three of us were in the room. There was only 3 wash clothes.

I can't review this hotel, because upon checking in I found out the hot tub was not working, and therefore I chose to stay elsewhere. I appreciate that even though I had prepaid for my stay, the hotel manager worked with hotels.com to get me a speedy refund.

The guests next to us and above were unbearably loud and someone was running in the hallways. Amazing how rude people can be. The hallway carpet and walls were gross. Room had some kind of smell I couldn’t identify. the Saturday night charge was ridiculously priced. But, hotel know they can get way with it when most other hotels were booked.
