The room was good. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was not great. One staff member, young girl working the front desk was very kind, however the rest of the staff seemed very annoyed with any question or concern that we had.

extremely noisy ac/heat unit in room, room next door had broken unit that was shaking my wall untill midnight, started again at 5am bright and early and very noisy. I took video to send to corporate bc this is straight up negligence at this point. Front desk guy was rude and accused me of lying but was corrected by the savi g grace of the whole weekend, Eren the front desk woman who told him what i actually said and confirmed that it was my room. Then when i asked if maintenance went to my room while i was gone like i had scheduled in the morning before i left for work (they had 9hrs to work in there and fix it) he just said yea and didnt check anytbing and said again that they were there when i asked what was wrong and if it was fixed, just yea they were there...I had a maintenence guy come back bc the noice was still there, the guy Ron was really nice and was determined to find the problem.
