Breakfast was great. Eren and Pierre were wonderful at the front desk. The young man at the front desk with purple hair was rude and very tart. He was not helpful when i called a shuttle. Could not tell me where i was supposed to meet the shuttle and was rude when i asked where i was supposed to be (i thought i was in the correct area). His antics were very unnecessary. He throws garbage into the mixed recylce bin, making all the recycling NOT recyclable. He tried to tell me it was a garbage and said, "that's why i threw garbage in there!" I loved the location, the room was terrific.

Clean room and amenities. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. I would like to see a better job showing the snow in front of the entrance and the parking lot and the side walk leading to the mall across the street. Hot tub was out of service due to some remodeling.

1st room wasnt cleaned. 2nd room the faucet in the shower flew off. 3rd room was ok, but really cold. Check in person wasn't very friendly. When we checked out, the coworker was very nice. Pool area was under construction and cold. It was not on their website or rold when making the reservation.

I will not visit this hotel again. I arrived December 30th and stayed till January 1st this hotel will not let their room thermostat go over 74 degrees.The temperature outside fail to 5 degrees, and they offered me another blanket and said that the thermostat cannot go over 74 degrees the room was cold.
