Hot tub was under consyruction even though website said it was supposed to be completed weeks before our stay. Bed was rock hard. Parking lot wasn't plowed and barely driveable. I will never stay here again.

During my stay, I encountered a front desk staff member who was extremely dismissive and made the check-in experience unnecessarily stressful. He avoided eye contact and was discourteous when I called to inquire about the shuttle service. The following morning, the shuttle driver was confrontational and arrogant, which left me feeling unsettled and frazzled for much of the day.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom! Terrific staff! Continental breakfast was good with a lot of options. TGI Fridays restaurant attached with delicious food and free room service. Right across the street from MOA. Our only complaint is that the pool is small and the chlorine smell was so strong we could only swim for a short time.

I did feel that the room was neglected. There was stains all over the floor. Splatter marks all over the walls in the room and bathroom. Curtains were torn. Also, after my son took a shower, he grabbed a towel from underneath the sink that are supposed to be clean and it appeared to have blood on it. So then we pulled back the covers and we seen that there is blood on the covers I do believe that that was washed and just put back on the bed like that so there's a huge saying on there. But on the other queen size bed there is a drop of blood on the sheets. We always bring our own pillows and sheets just in case for reasons like this. As far as the pool goes, we went down to use a pool and as we walked in we noticed that one of the pools were under renovation so we went down a little bit further and we seen that the door was propped open with one dehumidifier running and there were people that were coughing and had red eye from irritation from all the chemicals in the air that we're not getting ventilated out. When we were there someone did complain to the desk. I would assume because then a maintenance man came down propped open another door and just said we have a dehumidifier running and that was it. After we mentioned the blood and the torn curtains to the front desk, nothing was done about it. Overall it just wasn't ideal.
