I did not have the breakfast at the hotel but the staff were so helpful and kind. The beds were so comfortable and I felt incredibly safe. It was easy to get to and from the mall and the train. I will definitely be back

Breakfast was great. Eren and Pierre were wonderful at the front desk. The young man at the front desk with purple hair was rude and very tart. He was not helpful when i called a shuttle. Could not tell me where i was supposed to meet the shuttle and was rude when i asked where i was supposed to be (i thought i was in the correct area). His antics were very unnecessary. He throws garbage into the mixed recylce bin, making all the recycling NOT recyclable. He tried to tell me it was a garbage and said, "that's why i threw garbage in there!" I loved the location, the room was terrific.

Clean room and amenities. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. I would like to see a better job showing the snow in front of the entrance and the parking lot and the side walk leading to the mall across the street. Hot tub was out of service due to some remodeling.
