Oct 17 - Oct 21, 2025 Sometimes what sounds like a good choice price wise ... not so good otherwise. I should've read the reviews 😒 The 1st room given was very unsatisfactory, specifically the bathroom (toilet not clean, rust stained tub, unclean tub), curtains had multiple unsightly stains , so I requested another room...the 2nd one was better, but it was still very obvious that this place needs to be updated (furniture, fixtures and decor). I have to admit though, the bed & pillows were very comfortable, the linen was clean & smelled fresh. BUT, For some unknown reason, We had to call for the hot water to be turned on every morning and on the day of our departure (10/21/25), we got NO hot water for showering because we had to be at the airport at 0500 and the person that turns on the hot water wasn't scheduled to come in until 0800...how unsat and poor management is that?????😡 If not for Pierre (5 Star Service) at the front desk, and the fact that the hotel is literally right across the street from the Mall Of America and a major public transportation hub... I would've given this place maybe 1 Star !!! If I ever come back to Bloomington again, I most likely will not be booking a stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson at MOA.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and left right on time. The hotel itself is in a good location in relation to the Metro and Mall of America. The exterior of the hotel is nice, as is the lobby and breakfast area. However, the room was average at best and was in real need of updating. They also only offer housekeeping services three days a week unless you specifically request your room be serviced.

This is a nice hotel. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed in clean, warm, lobby with moderm fireplace. It makes you just feel relaxed and being taken care of. Hotel staffs are also wonderful, thoughtful, and professional. Room is nice and cozy. Its got hard floor with warm slick imterior with relaxing tone. Microwave, fridge, pool, hot tubs... All great. If you are looking for quality time near mall or airport, this hotel is it. It also has great buffet style breakfast with warm eggs and sausage, plus more to choose from. Thank you for taking care of us!

Great location. Close to MOA. IHOP and TGIFs connected for the building. Was here for Vikings game and was very easy to catch a train to game from MOA. Because it was the Vikings game, the building was busy and we had very noisy neighbours in the rooms beside of us past 2am. And restaurants were very busy.

I would stay again

Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean but a little warm, thermostat would not go below 69. Breakfast was great! All food was hot and fresh with plenty of options for everyone. Pool and hot tub were clean with plenty of fresh towels on hand.

Pierre and others were incredibly friendly checking in and out. I was also happy the suit had a separate bedroom area and a different area for a pull out sofa for my children. Walking path to the mall.
