The staff was cordial. The air conditioning was not able to be adjusted in the room so we ended up unplugging it. The toilet seat was so loose both my husband and I had to use it with caution. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The continental breakfast was very good:)

Real queen size beds, breakfast was pretty good for the price we paid to stay. Front desk rep helpful but almost annoyed whenever we asked her anything. Looked tired of being there. Overall was great stay!

Our stay was for 10 days. They only cleaned the room 3 times. Terrible!!!! The breakfast was mediocre. The desk staff was warm and friendly. They did their best to be helpful.

Terrible service

Pull out couch mattress was very poor condition. Asked the front desk lady for more padding and pillows and she said they didn’t have any and we said we need them for the kids to sleep and she said “what do you want me to do pull them out of my ass”. Used towels were on the floor when we entered the room. Phone did not work and the microwave did not work.

Plenty of parking space. We didn't like the dirty floors in our room. Also the shower had no shelf to put soap and shampoo on. We were not pleased in the the lack of support in shutting down the air conditioner and turning on the heat. We had to solve the problem ourselves.

When I arrived there was a sign saying helping another guest will be right back but no indication on if that meant five or ten or thirty minutes. The wait was long enough that I chose to sit down. The staff member showed up but made no apology for not being there. She was not exactly unfriendly and it was near midnight . I had to say I want to check in when I expected to her to say may I help you. She was still fairly silent in the morning but did do a good job of checking lost and found for a sweatshirt I misplaced

We were there when there was a large group of youth athletes, so perhaps our experience is different from the norm? I imagine they chose the property because of its close proximity to the MOA etc. The staff was kind, it was a busy weekend when we were there and difficult to enjoy the included breakfast options, but overall it worked for our needs. The hotel is a good central location for close proximity to the airport, the MOA and quick access to many different directions via several freeways or highways. The hotel served our needs.

Although an easy on and easy off to the highway, this hotel is used for transient, short term housing. When checking in, the initial smell of illegal substances, short term cash exchanged for rooms made me in easy. Breakfast was average for a hotel. Photos are glorified for the website, but enough for what our family needed it for. Our first room, the bed was broken, but was able to move to another room rather quickly. There were other times I needed something, and the phone call to the front desk wasn’t answered, and had to go down and wait for someone to return to the desk over the course of 20-30 minutes.
