It was a great airport hotel. Not seemed to be a lot maintenance done. The front desk girl was super friendly! A couple things in our room was broken and noticed stained carpet in quite a few places. Would probably try somewhere else next time. Also few little parking available

Hotel was as expected for comfort and hospitality. Although parking was limited with all of the "park and ride" vehicles that took up spaces, desk chair had stains in the cushion, shower floor was stained. Computer system was "down" when I checked out meaning no receipt and trouble with expensing.

Overall, not impressed. Immediately pulling in there is no parking, was told to park in handicap (which is illegal) ultimately parked in their fire lane. Its freezing out so not ideal when you have kids and need to unpack. Upon check in, tbey had the wrong reservation pulled up even though he used my license to look it up. Had to get him to correct it prior to leaving. Got a call 2 hours later stating they didnt take my payment information even though i handed it over so i had to go down right away (10 pm) there was very limited breakfast options the next morning. Our sexond night we had others staying at the same place and they were given dirty rooms upon check in. One family was unable to be changed do to not having any more rooms available. Our room wasnt completely dirty but it wasnt clean either. The building itself looked like it was on its last leg. Elevator broken or running slowly. Hot tub not working. Drains not draining on the pool deck so very slippery. Pur daughter slipped and crackdd her head on the concrete, no ice or first aid available. Had to make due sith a trash bah and ice from the ice machine. Unfriendly front desk staff. Always seemed to be bothering them.
