We were in it for the location, cost and pool with a hot tub. It met all of our boxes. There were two hot tubs but one was empty, not sure why. The staff were all so very nice. The only complaint or area of improvement was the dinning room, it was just very small and seating was limited. Was this a 5 start hotel no, but did it meet our boxes absolutely.

Hotel needs some updating. Grout in bathroom missing and tiles loose. Hot tub didn’t work and was dirty. No towels at the pool area. Had to go to front desk to get some. Were given bath mats from employee who said it was his first night on the job,pretty sure he was the only employee there. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. No extra roll in room. Tripped over a stump in the yard that wasn’t visible or marked at all. Bruised my toe.

The lobby looked nice and clean but as I got toy floor, I noticed large stains on the carpet outside the elevator and in the hallway. When I got into my room I noticed a large stain on the red chair and the room looked very old and dated.

I called twice to ask if hot tub and pool were up and running and both people said yes. One hot tub was out of order and the other didn't have working jets. The only ice machine in the building wasn't working. Went to front desk multiple times to let them know pool didn't have towels, but nobody was at the front desk for over 40 minutes. Elevator was broken so had to carry all our luggage down four flights of stairs. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean as always. We've stayed many times and never recall a fee for the stay and fly. This time upon check in was informed it was $15 a day. Do not waste the money here when less than a mile away is EZ Park and for less money your vehicle is actually guaranteed to be safe not park at your own risk.

Only one hot tub running sorta jets wouldn’t work and tub was dirty/ hot water in rooms were sub par They had to move us rooms and then get maintenance to fix the new room hot water
