Really liked the cook to order breakfast. The room was ok. Somehow I received an “ accessible “ room. This could not be corrected to a normal room due to hotel being booked. But it was livable. Area is quite expensive when it comes to dining out, but was expected seeing how it’s a resort area.

The staff seemed short fused. Didn’t respect boundaries when told I them I wouldn’t like a box fan in exchange for the air conditioning not working. This also made for an uncomfortable amount of gnats in my personal space. Good location. Hotel needs complete overhaul.

First the furniture in facility and outdoors are worn and need to be replaced. In such a hotel things should be in better condition. This was the same for the furniture, quality of pillows and bedding in the room. The shining star is breakfast and fitness gym. The front desk staff was also amazing.

The air was horrible. We had to buy a box fan in order to sleep. We told them numerous times and they said maintenance came in and no one had checked it. If you go, be sure to take a fan with you. Lots of others complaining about how hot it was. Great walk to the beach though.

A/C is broken & the place is awful

We were given no information at check-in about amenities & activities. Room was not clean. There wre food items on the floor & a dirty cleaning rag in the bathroom. Trash everywhere in the hallways. A/C was not working in room. We were given a box fan. Walls are so thin! Bed & nightstands shook due to guests in room next door, could hear bed next door squeaking. Furniture in hotel is damaged. Hotel IS NOT Waterfront! You could barely see a bit of water from our “ocean view” suite. Hotel staff is rude! When we expressed our concerns, we were offered nothing!

I love that the property offered more than the continental breakfast and that the beach was just across the street. The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!! The only thing I wasn’t to crazy about was the aging old sofa in the room that was worn and stained it’s most definitely time for a upgrade with the furniture

Our stay was good. They do have a private beach access, the only downside is that you have to cross the street to access it. Our room was large, but it was hot. It was like an apartment—a living room and bedroom separated by a door—and it only had two small air vents. We had the temp set at 71 degrees and during the day it wouldn’t get colder than 76 to 77 degrees. It also didn’t help that the bedroom air vent was in the far left corner under the vanity sink. They do offer free afternoon snacks and complimentary drinks for the adults upon arrival. They also have free breakfast, which you can get an omelet made or just go to the buffet and get the breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot. Room service is available but the prices are crazy expensive and they add a $5 fee plus 20-23% to your already expensive order. It’s better to just go out to a restaurant and eat. Or bring your own food… $48 for a steak is crazy to me, but that’s just me. The pool is clean, but small. If you go to the beach, I’d recommend you take your own chairs and umbrellas. You’re not able to place the umbrella in front of the hotel’s chairs, but you can place them beside it. It costs $45 plus tax to rent an umbrella and two chairs for a day. Just a heads up!! They also provide you a number to text in case you need help, we texted the number at 8:49 pm on Sunday and didn’t receive a response until 12:04 am Monday. Overall, the stay was good but I’ll do more research on my next visit for sure!!
