I stayed 3 nights. The room smelled bad; it had a mildew smell. Rm 312. No one cleaned or made up the bed or restocked towels or soap during my stay. I could not tell that anyone had even checked the room. The front desk staff was not rude but they were certainly not friendly or welcoming. The desk was left unattended and I had to wait for service on multiple occasions. I tried to call for a wake up and my phone would dial only and the desk clerk could not hear me and quickly stated, "Well I guess you're just gonna have to walk down to the desk", indicating that she knew the phone did not work. I am a diamond member and I will be working every other month in 2026 in the Bay Minette area. While Comfort Inn and Suites is generally my first choice, I will not stay at this facility again. Very disappointing.

Clean, nice size room, all amenities needed. Great location, 15 minutes from downtown Mobile and 15 minutes to downtown Fairhope! If you forget anything, it’s within 5 minutes of the hotel!

Check-in was a breeze. The staff was excellent. Room large and clean. Breakfast was as expected, bacon, potato's, eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. Again the Staff was EXECELLENT!!!!!!

The room and halls smelled stuffy and like mold. We had bad allergies the entire time we stayed, and the room never got "cold", the A/C worked only enough to keep it cool, but not enough to get rid of the moisture.

Room needed a bit of touch up, but the front desk girl was really nice. Location was great and less than a 10 minute walk to a great seafood restaurant. Price was also a bonus compared to other hotels in the area.

The room was full of mold, ceilings , picture frames, bathroom, and walls. The walls were falling apart from the mold. I got in late at night with kids after an emotionally exhausting day and just didn’t have any fight in me. I mentioned it at check out and the clerk just said sorry. I will never be back
