The staff were welcoming and the property is one of a kind. We initially booked for 3 days with a room facing the lake and we decided to extend for 1 more day. Our stay were wonderful and one for the books.

Very nice location, breathtaking views across the lake. Nice place, but unfortunately our stay wasnt as good as expected. Lack of staff in the restaurant when there was a wedding on, meant we had a long wait and food that had to be sent back. Undercooked Salmon, cold vegetables and sauce, rice grains on steak n fries. Pool and gym needs addressing, only 2 towels left, no one around to speak to. Bathroom fans very noisy.

Overall, my stay was okay. The room was comfortable, and the facilities met expectations. However, I was disappointed that there was no room cleaning service after the first day, which affected the overall experience. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

Check-in was good and the front desk was very curteous and nice. Problem was the device to make the keys for the rooms was down so felt required to either stay in the room or be escorted back everytime we lefr and came back. Eventually the key system came back and everything else was good.

A lovely place to stay if you want tranquility and a rustic feel. A short drive to Tremblant village and all amenities. The deluxe room afforded stunning views of the lake and was spacious and comfortable. It feels like staying in a chalet or cabin, less of a standard hotel feel. The staff are warm and friendly, and are very helpful. The dining options are limited but the restaurant was good, and again wonderful staff. I would definitely return for another stay!

Lake view was so peaceful and beautiful. We rented bikes from the lodge. It was also great bike riding with a kid. One drawback was that the bas was not open for breakfast while we were staying-mon-tue.

The people at the registration counter were awful. They treated me badly because my reservation was for 4 people and we were only 3. I told the lady “what is the problem? the room is already paid for 4, and we are only 3…it is not more expensive for 4 than 3? …so what is the problem? And then, in a rude way she told me I have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant (we were having breakfast there). My answer was again…what is the problem? I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay for our breakfast!!! Bad, bad service at the registration counter, I do not recommend this hotel at all. And this is too bad, I have been there many times, and the staff were friendly, not anymore!!! 😡

Very family friendly. The view from the room was tremendously beautiful. The whole family including my 3 years old daughter enjoyed the stay. We even ridded boat at the lake. It took only less than 10 mins drive to get to the walking village. Convenient yet has more privacy. Everything was just wonderful.
