If food is a priority then choose this resort . The food was 10/10 . I didn’t give it 5 star because the resort is far and not close to town . The resort wanted to charge us $70 for a taxi to town which is 30 minutes away . Besides that they had lots of activities to keep you entertained . Bowling , clubbing , sports bar, so many open bars , access to 14 restaurants

This property is nice no doubt about it. It was live when it came to the entertainment. They served food by the pool and it was not good at all. The service in regards to getting our bags was terrible as well. After reaching our room it took almost 2 hours to receive our luggage which was a huge inconvenience since i was not feeling well. While heading to the lobby to check out there were plenty of people that passed and not one asked us to assist us with our bags. Not a great experience at all.

The food choice is excellent and cooked to perfection, lots to drink and nice pool area. The hotel is nice clean and the rooms very spacious and clean. But female guest you need to lock up your makeup etc., as I had mine stolen by the housekeeping staff, they also used my perfume!! They would keep knock at the most inconvenient time smiling in your face looking a tip! The only way to stop this is to use the 'do not disturb ' sign, although the guys filling the mini bar can still let themselves into your room even though you have locked the door from the inside.... not good. Had one guy let himself into my room while I was in the shower and I had locked the room door from the inside!!! Furthermore, this hotel is not 5 star!

1. We upgraded to ocean view- we get to the room and the ocean view is out the front door and the balcony is overlooking the pool and they claim this IS their ocean view even tho their room description says “balcony with ocean view” - over heard a couple complain when we checked in, talked to more in the pool, and heard another at check out with the same issue. - when I called I was placed on hold, eventually hung up on then every time I tried to call back our calls were ignored. So the decryption at least in Expedia should be updated as I would never have paid for the upgrade had I know first. 2. The moment you walk in they HOUND you to meet up for a time share. They call you EVERY day every 15 minutes for over an hour if you don’t pick up the phone, even if you say stop calling. And then when you refuse they get mad and aggressive 3. The staff is BEYOND rude! Simply asking for a drink they make you feel like an inconvenience (even if you are tipping). The only staff that was amazing was the blue team (entertainment) 4. We stayed at adult only 2/3 bars close at 5pm and 1/3 bars close at 100pm so if you want a drink you have to go to the kid side where they have 2 bars (one doesn’t open until 11) so it’s so packed you can’t get a drink! Outside of the many issues we had the pool and beach were very nice (bring water shoes due to coral everywhere in the ocean). The food was very good as well.

Property was clean half of the staff was nice the other half were jerks. We was supposed to have a king size bed got stuck with 2 beds. Lady told us she would call us day after arrival to move us to king room never got a call. Hair dryer didn’t work asked every day for one finally got it on last day. The customer service lady was extremely rude talked very rude would not make eye contact. There were roaches in room and buffet.Bartenders were slow to take orders. Over all resort experience was worse rather than better. Definitely not a $1700 per person resort will not be back

The pool is Beautiful!!! My room in 4325 had roaches and people beating on door trying to get in room at 4:25am. Was relocated to room 3215 which was in not so great condition either, eyelashes on telephone. We traveled with 20 people and another set in the party had roaches as well in their room and wasn't relocated until 3 days later. We had to keep going back front desk in order to get anything done whether it was reservations for dinner or dealing with the hotel rooms. Not a good experience at all especially to be a fairly new resort. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Make sure you know the difference between an "ocean view" room --you can only see ocean if you hang out over the balcony. "Ocean Front" is an actual view of the ocean. Spend the extra money and get a "Privilege" room if you are staying here. The staff, food, and drinks are very good in this restaurant and it is very quiet and relaxing. Our issues -- safe didn't work despite being "fixed," No fresh towels after they cleaned our room, No hot water one night, No Cold water one morning. These are small issues but became frustrating particularly when the "privilege" desk numbers given were often not answered. The pool is large, loud music, and very busy. Need to get up early to "reserve" a chair otherwise I don't think you will get one. The beach is very rocky. We watched multiple people fall, trip on rocks, not aware of the drop off etc.. We have not stayed in Jamaica for many years and thus unsure if this resort is somewhat standard. We were guests for only three nights which was the perfect amount of time here.

Nice new facility but the room was not the cleanest room I’ve been in. Aside from dust around there was sloppy fixes of paint, nicks, and dings that were definitely noticeable and the rooftop tub was a little janky with wiring. The overall decor was stylish and modern which I liked. All the lobby’s and restaurants were all great looking and appeared clean. The food was good but not anything special. Staff was hit or miss. Some folks were incredibly helpful and had great customer service and others would act annoyed by your request or turn up their nose at your tip like they wanted more money. The scenery is beautiful! The entertainment was a lot of fun and there was always something to do or going on. Would have been nice to get more bottled water in the room as I got montezuma’s revenge and none of the bars had bottled water. If it’s a service the butlers provide, they definitely don’t advertise that. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time!
