Beds are super comfortable. It is tucked away and not super loud, besides for things going on on the resort itself. The rooms are beautiful. The fridge is always stocked. Rooms were always clean. We had no issues with any of it.

Beauty property. Food is decent. Customer service is where this resort lacks. The staff is nice. But a lot of issues (house keeping, fridge restocking etc) take a long time to resolve. Also consider transport when going to mobay for partying.

Overall amazing trip Would have loved more late night options for fun and food Lobby should sell all essentials. Room fridges should be colder, ashtrays should be on every deck. The resort is amazing so many different places to eat different options the only thing I would improve is that the reort caters too much to American and European people. I wish it would stay authentically Jamaican and play Jamaican music. I have Jamaican shows and try to cater less to the Americans and Europeans.

There were many restaurants to choose from and the food was good! Portions on the smaller side, but you could order multiple entrees and apps. Room service was convenient and quick, but free only from 10am-10pm. The pool area was relatively clean, beach was clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Very nice resort and stay!

Kasheenia (market grill open dining) you all need to duplicate her as many times as possible and the lady serving drinks on the beach I believe she gets off at 3ish. Those two ladies helped me to feel like I was hanging out with my sisters!! They talked, laughed and hugged it out with me. I will definitely be there again!
