Property definitely needs updating. Poor ac, visible water damage, weak balconies, food was just ok, a shower ceiling fell down one one of ny guest. This was my second time at this Property, the quality has declined tremendously

Royalton Blue Waters was nice, i went in 2021 for my 50th Bday and advised my cousin to go and we were able to bring 26 other friends and family. Our Butler Leo was amazing and very accommodating with such a large party. The rest of the staff was friendly and that Steakhouse was delicious along with the Hibachi which was very entertaining.

The beach was serene with soft sands and gentle waves, while the pool was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The room was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed, though it lacked some modern amenities, but it offered a stunning panoramic view of the ocean that made up for it. Towards the end of the trip, we noticed the AC vent in our room was leaking water, creating a small puddle on the floor. Luckily, we were leaving the next day, which saved us any inconvenience. Additionally, our new neighbors were exceptionally loud during the evening, playing music loudly and talking animatedly well into the night, which made restful sleep difficult.

My friends and I visited the Royalton for my 40th birthday. The overall experience was amazing. We purchased the diamond club for our stay, which included butler service, access to private beach, access to top shelf drinks, and VIP access to all restaurants. We had three separate butlers, but overall the service was okay. The butler did the best they could to support us, but the service was average. The resort itself was absolute amazing. The grounds were kept beautiful, the pool and the beach was clean. The food at the buffet was the best, I wasn’t to fond of some of the resutursnts food, but on average I would say

The overall stay was good. We had a lot of fun. The only downside was it took forever to just get an umbrella since our rooms didnt have one. And one night it took 2 hours just to get some extra pillows. Also we went to the steakhouse at 9pm and we were being rushed to order since the restaurant was closing soon. We didnt understand why since they gave us that time for the reservation. Other than that the stay was good. Staff in the dining areas were nice and friendly.

I stayed at Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, from August 28 to September 3 in room 3219, and was deeply disappointed. The first room was poorly maintained with broken shelves, only one closet door, and a mouse behind the TV and fridge. After complaining, I was moved to 3301, which was only a slight improvement. Food and beverage shortages were a constant issue during my stay, unacceptable for a resort at this price point. The management offered a complimentary cabana and spa service for the inconvenience, but the spa was not fully operational—the hot tub was cold due to maintenance. The cabana area was dangerously slippery, causing my guest to fall and injure their ankle and knee. Shockingly, we were asked to pay $65 for simple Tylenol at the resort’s nursing office. Part of a group of 75 for a birthday celebration, I and many others were appalled by the lack of care, poor upkeep, unreliable amenities, and unsafe conditions. What should have been a special occasion was overshadowed by frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay, as the experience left us extremely unsatisfied and let down
