Food was good. Lunch and dinner were the best, the breakfast needs some work. I like the ambiance of the property, but some of the staff have poor customer service; they do not know to communicate with people. Also, the water pressure in my room was not the best, it took me longer to shower than it should have. Overall, it was better than I expected.

I really liked the friendliness of most staff. The buffet was mostly tasty, but needs to be shuffled a bit more. The grounds were kept very clean. Some of the bigger areas could use central air.

I enjoyed my 4 days stay at Sea Garden Resort. It is not a luxury hotel but the rooms were clean and well kept. Let’s talk about the food and wait staff, my palate was never disappointed. The food was excellent and the staff courteous, polite and professional. I didn’t encounter any rude staff. It’s good to go back home and experience this level of service. I was thoroughly satisfied.

The food was great they had a lot of options. The lasagna was awesome in the Italian restaurant. The beds are comfortable just could use a comforter because the rooms are cold. Overall everything was great.

Check-in was a mess. I didn't get the room I requested, it wasnt ready at 3om check-in. The bell boy carried my male friends bags, and ignored mine. Made me carry my own bags all the way to our room which was upstairs (no elevator) and far from lobby! Food in main dining was subpar. Skip.

The resort was “ok”. You’re not allowed to take food back to the room from the dining area. If you wanted to spend the day in your room and asked them to send food to your room, they refused. I complained from day 1 that the shower faucet leaking and it wasn’t fixed until 4 days later.

The hotel and staff were good. We enjoyed the food options. The beach is cozy and nice even though it may not be as large as other options. The main problem we had was the noise outside in the evening. Because of the location of the hotel on the Hip Strip, cars can park outside, over the road and play loud music late into the night. The hotel did offer a change of room but that wouldn't have the ocean view we prefer. While I can't blame the hotel for this, if tourism is a main attraction for the country then all steps should be taken to deal with this issue because guests can decide to stay away just because of this even though the hotel itself is nice.
