Room was very nicely appointed, breakfast was paltry and with only about 5 table (around 21 rooms) we had nowhere to sit! I felt duped as the accommodation is nothing like the lovely house depicted, it’s all behind the house featured online and in a rather unsightly block of what look like apartments above parking garages. Parking is horrendous!

The bridal suite is freezing. They should have turned the antique heaters on well before our 7:30 PM arrival. It’s 9:30 and forced to wear overcoats. Thermometer says 58 degrees.

The bed was as hard as a rock and so were the pillows. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. No parking for their customers. We had to park on a side street because they didn't have any spaces left. The only reason I give it two stars is because the location was kind of close to downtown.

Somewhat limited breakfast offerings such as no hot food, but good enough. Room was very clean and pretty. Some guests seemed to get those wax fire logs to burn in the fireplaces; we did not get offered them x 2 rooms. Very well located. Very, very nice staff.
