Our room did not have air conditioner. There was a wall mounted unit/fan with no thermostat that did not work. They had windows propped open instead. And the street noise and people walking by were loud. Our room on our last visit had air conditioner with a thermostat.

The neighborhood was nice; coffee shops, clothing and accessories, etc. There is parking available with easy access to rooms. There is also a lot of dining options on the wharf. Hotel is nice and clean, very family friendly.

In our opinion, this hotel was massively undersold in all descriptions and reviews we read about the place before we booked. Had a 5 star feel about it for sure. Amazing the people are very friendly and it's also pet friendly. Just unable to leave pet's in room to go site seeing and do some shopping. It's near a busy street with lots of shopping and eating places.
