The experience was awful. We ended up getting our flight delayed and missed our connection. We notified the hotel through the app and tried to call multiple times during their business hours before they closed. When we finally made it to San Francisco we called again. All I did was identify myself and said what do we need to do. We won't be making it tonight but still needed the room for other nights. Instead of talking to me the clerk ended up screaming and yelling, claiming that they had called and emailed multiple times and than swearing at us for being so rude. Then claimed that because we didn't contact them before 10 PM and once said 8 PM he just didn't care. He hung up on us. We have no record he ever called us and we called at 7 PM and sent the app email at 7:20 PM. Expedia also attempted contact on our behalf and never was able to get a hold of them.
