Check in went smooth. Room 104 can use a deep clean. There was hair in the shower. Some mold growth in the corner of the sink under the countertop, but visible. When I checked in at almost 4PM the parking lot was pretty open. After my event when I arrived back at the hotel at around 10:30PM there were only 2 open spots. Parking spots are too close together for a full sized vehicle. The parking situation will prevent me from staying there again.

The room was super clean. My family and I stayed 3 nights and each morning the cleaning ladies came and cleaned our room and we’d come back from our busy days to a brand new room each time. Staff was amazing, spot was good and not too far from the main attractions or stores for last minute purchases

Something else my stay is just fine besides walking across town with two heavy bags just to get to the hotel and the want a deposit that I didn't have so it took me an hour and a half two hours to find the money for the deposit that I didn't see specified on the app so after I found out it was I had a really good stay it needs to be posted and bigger letters or something that there's a deposit before you get here so you don't walk across town tired hot and want to rest and your back is killing you because of your bags and you can't even relax because you don't you can't get the room

Was able to park right in front of my room. Was a little nervous when I saw the property grounds /location but as soon as I got in my room I was pleasantly surprised. Room smelled nice and clean, bed and bedding were clean and smelled like warm so you know they were fresh. I will definitely stay here again. I was unimpressed by their breakfast (Eggo waffles, toast, and juice) so I didn’t eat it, but still convenient to have as an option.

The property itself does not feel safe, as they take your ID through a sliding window. One staff member at check-in was not helpful and told me to cancel the reservation if I was not happy. I received this attitude at night, which was very unprofessional. The room had a bad smell and a wooden roof. Breakfast items were finished and not refilled. There is no elevator, so guests must carry heavy luggage upstairs themselves, regardless of the weather.

Clean quiet second floor, but pigeons under solar panels second floor makes noise during the day. They are somewhat quiet at night. Choose kings bed even if you solo travel.
