Highly recommended. The staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Lovely, freshly modernized room in a building loaded with historical charm. Our room faced the courtyard and pool and was very quiet, despite the hotel's location in a busy part of town. Excellent breakfast. Hotel parking has spacious spots for cars. Getting there is tricky, but hotel staff provide detailed written instructions and will walk you through each step of the process when you call them. Just don't count on using your car in town....

Wow what a hotel. I wasn’t aware that le Métropole was part of the Oceania chain. Our positive experience was unbelievable. Hotel is spacious super clean swimming pool, unfortunately we didn’t use. So satisfied that I decided that this is the chain I would like to be a member of when in France. Staff are very nice from Christian who welcomed us to Julia who explained things to us a listened to our concerns to Daniel despite his injured foot guided us to the parking and even came out to meet with us. This is customer service as far as I am concerned. For folks who are driving please engage with the hotel on how to get access to their parking lot. In the beginning it is a bit tricky but with the guidance it is smooth. Thanks Hotel Métropole and staff for making us feel welcomed and at home away from home. Joe & Dolly
