I would not recommend this property. 1. Our room had no windows, no airflow and no ventalation (room 103). Everytime we came back to the room it was considerably warmer than the lobby. 2.We asked for a second key since we were going to split up for the day. There was no second key. 3. There was a gap between the floor and the door. The lights from the lobby did not allow the room to de completely dark because of this gap. We could also hear all the conversations from the lobby and noise from the cars on the street due to this opening. 4. The mattress was uncomfortably firm.

Amazing staff. Terrible hotel

I would like to preface with the staff of the hotel were extremely professional, kind and supportive. The owner has no consideration for guests. Most rooms don’t have windows as advertised. The staff upgraded my room because I felt claustrophobic. Later the owner thought it would be a wonderful idea to have active construction to the roof of the hotel beginning at 7AM. I got no rest there. Once again, incredible staff that was accommodating and professional but it didn’t make up for the owner only wanting the guests to pay then feel swindled afterwards.

The first two t.v didn't work at all. There was a scorpion in in my room and there was another guest who also found one in their room. The water in the shower was not working it came out hot, warm and cold all the time. It wasn't consistent just warm, hot or cold.

Would stay again in a heart beat

This was a very good experience, only two less than perfect observations. Parking was off site and we were led to believe it was valet. The cleaning was limited on our extended day due to miscommunication. These should not have been an issue because we did have a Spanish interpreter.
