Nobody was able to spend the night there. The staff was rude and did not let the luggage carrier or secretary carry the items into the room. Anthony and everyone else was asked to leave the premises before he even unpacked simply because he needed help bringing the bags into the room. Anthony was charged a false deposit and $400 has been stolen. I was told I could not be refunded and if we did not leave the cops would be called. We were left stranded in an entire different state. The stay was absolutely horrible and I do not recommend this to anyone. I will be contacting a lawyer to file a lawsuit. Especially since the staff could not provide me with a supervisor/manager or property manager. We arrived and had to leave within less than 10 minutes. That’s concerning and upsetting this booking is a complete scam.

The room.was in okay conditioncould have been cleaner as the furmiture was old, stained and dirty with a lot of debris under the cushions. The walls had marks stains dents cracks the trim on the ceiling around the mirrors was coming apart had stains the top comforter was stained dirty. No fireplace tools provided or instructions, yet highlighted the rooms with fireplace online but there's no firewood or tools provided it would have been nice if they provided robes slippers things of that nature Comfort items but they did not. It would have been nice if they provided hand towels dishcloths dish soap things of that nature in the kitchen area cuz there is a sink with a little refrigerator countertop and microwave and a coffee pot but nothing to wash or clean anything was provided. Upon arriving the attendant at the counter and reception wasn't the most Pleasant or inviting we asked some questions and he kept repeating to read the rules on the window without making any attempt to answer our question directly. When we decided to extend our stay one more night the attending employee was very courteous friendly and accommodating.Upon Our departure the attending employee was very polite courteous accommodating.There was a Keureg,free coffee,fresh fruit, ice machine in reception area but they do not provide any free meals or continental breakfast. if you want to eat & you want them to provide your food you have to pay an extra fee, I think it was $25 for breakfast.

I was tentative when I had read some reviews....however this place was excellent! I bring my own cleaning supplies when I go to any hotel/motel. The room was spotless extremely clean. I was impressed. The bathroom was huge with a double shower and a private toilet area. Which made it really easy for one to shower or get ready while other is using toilet area. The jetted tub worked great some of the jets were out which I did not mind. The heat and AC unit was remarkable proficient. The fireplace was duraflame logs only, unsure if other rooms have propane fireplace. The heat unit work so well we did not mind. *The only ice machine I saw was in the lobby at front check-in which could be hike dependent on where your room is located. **The stocked mini bar was a bottle of water and a can of soda (which for the price is better than nothing at most other places) *** The check-in area had coffee and fruit which was unexpected. Over all it was a great experience it far exceeded our expectations!
