Water main Break

The stay was fine but the water main broke in the floor under us at 2am and kept us up most the night. We went out to eat for breakfast instead of eating the planned complimentary breakfast. The staff was kind, unfortunately it did prevent us from having a nice stay.

The hotel staff very friendly and courteous and very efficient. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and kept up. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for a great stay!

A little disappointed

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn about a half a dozen times and have always been pleased with our stay. This stay was also good but we were disappointed in one employee’s handling of a situation with an elevator that had broken at some point during our stay. My mother, who is 70, was staying on the second floor, had some heavy luggage and was leaving very early the following morning. After asking about the status of the elevator repair, the employee at the front desk very rudely told her it was still broken and would not be fixed that day. At no point did he express understanding of the inconvenience, offer to have her switch to a first floor room (when we could have helped her do so) or even offer assistance the following morning upon her leaving. We understand that things happen and can’t always be fixed right away but we just expected better customer service with some effort made to make the situation less inconvenient in some way. We plan to stay there again as we have had good experiences in the past but felt the need to mention this.

Staff was friendly. They had a nice fire pitwith seating in the courtyard. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The only bad part waa that we did not have usb ports, but they loaned us a block to use. The desk chair seriously needed replaced. I brought it to their attention and they thanked me.

I liked the convenience of where the hotel was and it was a clean quiet place. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the pool was freezing, my kids played in the pool but I couldn’t even get in.
