Our stay at The Edmore Was Excellent!

Everything was excellent and we would definitely stay there again. We liked the convience of The Depot next door for food, snacks and breakfast. (The Depot offered a 5.00 off coupon for patrons of The Edmore for breakfast) There was breakfast food available at The Edmore, but we chose to eat at The Depot, right next door, utilizing the 5.00 coupon.

Plans were a concert at Soaring Eagle, Everything was either booked or unaffordable in Mount Pleasant. Edmore Inn came up on search 18 miles away. (35 minutes). Family room that sleeps 6 was available at a reasonable price. 5 adults slept comfortably. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pump hand soap, body wash and shampoo in bathroom. Microwave and fridge in room. The furniture is very nice, lodge feel. Was very quiet. Continental breakfast was limited but was given a $5 off coupon per person for hot breakfast next door at the Depot. We didn't have time to swim but pool area looked nice.

We were disappointed. Poor lighting, carpet felt wet, air conditioning feels cold but doesn't remove humidty making it feel damp. Breakfast was awful for the price of the stay. No fruit, no bread or pastries just a plain bagel. You could make a waffle. Only 3 tables.
