The people in the room above were constantly stomping/walking hard, so it was hard to fall asleep. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. I did not eat breakfast since I was headed to a work conference that included breakfast, but offering waffles is always a good idea!

If the price is right… maybe again?

Check in was wonderful and the man working was very helpful. Most of my issues with the hotel were not the hotel workers fault. The rooms are very small but we weren’t there to spend time in the room. Plugs were limited so we had to move the microwave in order to plug in our phones. The biggest issue there was noise. It’s incredibly loud. From the people talking at 3-5am and the sound of the trucks on the nearby highway… it was tough to stay asleep. At about 7, it was like someone was having an old fashion car show in the parking lot. People revving their cars and it was loud. The walls shook. We just got up and decided to drive home. The breakfast bar looked nice. Overall, the price would really have to be right to stay again. It’s very close to the casino though! They offer a shuttle but it was a 3rd party transport that had quite the wait.

1. Bed was so flimsy that I slept on top of an extra comforter,still couldn't get sleep. 2. Requested and was "guaranteed" a handicapped room, yet found that it was overbooked on arrival. 3. Toilet was so low that I had trouble getting up! 4. Located next to one of the two busiest streets in town, so bring earplugs. 5. Requested twice that my room be made up (only change linens every 3 days) to no avail. 6. Garbage and dirty linens still in room over the five day stay. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This was a pretty good hotel. I’d certainly recommend it and stay here if I found myself in town again. My girlfriend said she felt the room was a bit small which I’ll agree it was smaller than I’d have liked for two people but if I were traveling alone I’d have had no issues with it. The water pressure could have been a bit better and while the room did have a microwave and mini fridge the freezer in it was only large enough for 3-4 bottles of water. Not a bad thing but just some things to be aware of if you’re bringing freezer packs in your cooler. Some of the reviews mention a lack of parking, I’m not sure if they were aware there’s parking in the back of the hotel as well.
