Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Someone in another room or outside was smoking and it came in our a/c unit so I had to shut that off but other than that we experienced no problems. Would stay here again.

We arrived late night, no body at check in desk, have to call and wait several minutes to get a people. Check in very slow. And the most weird thing is they knock your door at 12:35 and 5:08. Other guests have same problems as well.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful in finding us rides for where we needed to go! It was clean, quiet and we will definitely be staying there again! The location was perfect! Thank you Quality Inn for making our visit so unique!

The air conditioning was old. The room was old They had NO handicap rooms. We asked for a room on the top floor they said they had none. We checked in at 3:45 check in was 3 then he said the rooms were not clean. And breakfast well there was cereal, biscuits , sausage. No eggs cranberry juice that’s it. Everyone that walked in the area look and walked out we saw everyone down the street at Dennys. This is definitely not a rating of 8.6. I would say more like a 2. I was in fear of bed bugs. We stayed 1 night because we were so exhausted. And I stayed up I sat in a chair all night ! It was terrible!!! After we checked in we went for dinner only to SEE the manager at the desk MAKING OUT with a lady friend against the wall in the breakfast area! He did NOT even know we saw them! Sooooo unprofessional is a nice word ! I would say I would go down the street there is a days inn . This is the WORSE place in my 65 years I have ever seen! And my husband ended up with MRSA, we took him to the ER !

Checking in was everything but wonderful. It was beyond awful. Extremely unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. The gentleman at the desk was helping another guest when we arrived. He was havign difficulty with the guests card and had to call someone, he ended up hanging up on the person on the phone and said stupid dumb mother eff. Was rasing his voice asking how to charge the guests card so he can get is effing money. And kept repeating that, he apologized saying he was in a bad mood. That he wasnt supposed to work and they forced him and he wanted to go to sleep. Kept saying not to bother him anymore because he wanted to go to sleep. Finally got to our check in, and he was again saying not to bother anymore cause he wanted to sleep. Was upset i was not using the card on file with Hotels.com, i forgot that card so i had to use a different one. We kept asking for a receipt and was told they couldnt give us one. The elevator did not have the service/maintenance report which is legally required. It was removed. I do have photo and video. The curtains in the room did not close all the way, there was about a 4 inch gap, we had to use a hair clip to have privacy from the outside, which our room was very visible from the outside. Beyond unpleasant. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The front desk guy was smoking pot. Bed cover had stains on it. Toilet was dirty. Breakfast biscuits were so hard could not bite them.

Terrible stay! Very old and needs updating. Also they tried to charge me for two nights stay for one. I canceled one night within the cancellation time. But they tried to charge me for both nights! Terrible place to stay and will never stay there again!

Booked two nights with free cancellation had to cancel one of the nights. The quality inn tried to charge me full price for one night!! Extremely rude front desk! Hotel is very old and needs updating. Not worth 377$ for one night! Will never stay there again!

Our door was left off when we first arrived which was a little strange, the door and windows being open gave us the feeling there was a strong odor coming from the room. Additionally, they used a lemon smell very over powering. I would suggest removing the rug like material on the window seal as it collects so much dust and adds a uncleanly feeling to the room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great.
