Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.
