This place was Amazing!! The Staff was amazing. (Expect for the young lady that checked us in) The other young lady was great at the desk . I’m trying to give her benefit of doubt she New . Everyone else was 10++ I will be back!!

Customer service at front desk terrible, no daily cleaning of rooms, and front door room card lock to does not open properly, vending machine overcharge for using cards and it’s in a unsafe location and no clue information about local restaurants , being that we made our reservations on Expedia we were treated like we were third class people when we asked for services they said they couldn’t do anything for us and they referred us back to Expedia and I felt that that we 11 o’clock at night we just arrived 3 Hour Dr. and just rude nasty and they know that you have nowhere else to go so they treat you any kind of way

is very inconvenience for me. I couldn't find my debit card because I never used it. All I use is Apple Pay. The lady in the front was very rude. Didn't bother to help me and she said there was no other way. I looked in my car for about two hours finally found it. I brought it in another lady helped me which she was very nice. Then she said is that her card doublecheck I was very frustrated at this point because she was accusing me at least I felt like she was accusing me of using somebody else

We had to pay $12 per day to park the car in the parking garage, they give u the option to pay the $250 security deposit to be out on ur debit card which takes awhile to get refunded back, or pay almost $50 a one time charge and by pass the $250. Fire alarms set off and were extremely loud at 6am, evacuating the entire building for nothing, very bad experience. Never stay there again

Staff was very friendly & check-in was easy. Room was clean. They gave us unlimited coffee packets for our in room coffee pot (which is great bc we drink a pot of coffe a day! Lol) Overall great for the price, and GREAT for the location!

Great view- lots of kids

Weekend anniversary trip went well. Hotel next door TURNS UP LATE! There’s a lot of kids at the hotel however they were not a problem. Not the most up to date room but hands down one of the best views of the ocean I’ve had so far at the beach.
