The first thing I did was checked the sheets, and unfortunately they were dirty. When I requested for the sheets to be changed, they dropped off a bag with the sheets for me to change them. Some of the lights were not working, the floor was not clean, and the bathroom was also dirty. The pictures on Expedia should be updated to what this place looks like now, trust me it doesn’t look like that anymore. Terrible experience!!

For the price to stay at this property, I was hoping for a better experience. The shower curtain had mold on it, the pillow on the bed was dirty with what looked to be spots of mold, probably from the humidity in the room. The parking was a hassle because there were so many vehicles in the lot, and if you couldn’t find a spot, you would have to park in the parking garage that was also full with vehicles, so it was very difficult to get a spot there as well. Garbages outside of property filled to brim with trash. If there was a spot for images to share, I would.

The hotel room itself was fine. Nothing to write home about. But the staff was friendly and the beach area was great. I recommend getting the Oceanfront rooms. The view was great from the balcony. We spent a ton of time going back and forth from the beach and to the lazy river! We loved the lazy river! They played live music each night and the over vibe is very family friendly.

Loved the water park but as far as the hotel room itself, it was not very clean. Also we were unaware that we needed to request to have our room cleaned. When we requested for it to be cleaned twice it still wasn’t cleaned. We stayed a week in a room without it ever being cleaned so we will never choose to stay here again.

Overall 3 stars because front desk staff was friendly. The shower had a slow drain. Paid for an ocean view room. Got a partial view. Booking on the website was misleading. Front desk said for the full view it’s described as front ocean view. I booked through this website before it gives a description if it’s partial or not. Room service only comes after check in. In my opinion at check in the rooms should be spotless. The floors were dirty and the toilet had an odor. You have to go to the front desk for essentials. The water park is located at the resort next door.

Despite the lack of clean washcloths/towels for the bathrooms, amenities on site overshadow negativities at this resort. The children loved Bingo and Bluie. Restaurants were fair priced and the morning breakfast buffet was well worth the price!
