As of spring 2025, this condo has undergone a stunning renovation, and we are excited to share it with you. The kitchen has been opened up to create a modern, open-concept floor plan, with all-new cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a foyer that immediately showcases the immaculate craftsmanship throughout. From the herringbone-patterned tile flooring and crown molding to the 10-foot ceilings, chair railing, and tasteful décor, every detail has been thoughtfully designed.

The first bedroom, located on the left as you enter, features a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. This room includes a private en suite bathroom with a vanity, tub/shower combo, and beautiful tile work. It also offers access to a private rear-facing balcony with miles of city views, including the lighted SkyWheel. This balcony is accessible only from this bedroom.

On the right side of the unit, the second bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a closet, ceiling fan, and tile flooring. The private en suite bathroom includes a vanity, mirror, toilet, and tiled shower with glass doors.

The third bedroom, located on the ocean side of the condo, is the true standout. The building is accessible only with a passcode, which will be provided prior to your arrival. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool on the ground floor. For added entertainment, several games are available in the condo for guests of all ages.

To simplify your packing, we provide 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, and essential toiletries such as soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each bathroom. Bedding, pillows, and linens are also included. We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more.

The condo has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. While not fully handicap accessible, it accommodates guests with mobility challenges when assisted. Accessibility features include a step-free entryway, wider doorways and hallways (at least 32 inches), comfort-height toilets, a 6-inch shower curb, and a shower large enough for two people with a built-in stool.
