The interior was fabulously CLEAN. It smelled clean and felt clean. The exterior is borderline scary. The air conditioner could not keep up. It ran the entire time and could never get the room below 76⁰. The mattresses were horrifically uncomfortable. You can feel the springs.

Nice people and very convenient because it is right on 59 and there were no bugs that I seen. It was in rough shape however, The ceiling was falling in, the toilet screemed and the repairs in the room were not what I would call repairs. If all you want is a place to sleep for a couple hours on your way through Texas then it's perfect.

We survived.

This was by far the worst room I have ever booked anywhere. The place is falling apart, it’s dirty, people apparently live there and they are grilling and living their best lives. Toilet hardly would flush, walls have warped places and torn up, paint peeling, rust, floor dirty. Spend a little more and go somewhere else…you will be glad you did. I survived simply because I couldn’t get a refund lol

Don't waste your time.

I am not typically one to complain, but the pictures were deceiving for this motel. The staff was friendly and accomodating, however, the property is in disrepair. The room had a chlorinated, musty odor, and everything felt moist, including the carpet. There was a large patch of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which had obviously been painted over multiple times with varying shades of white. There was no phone in the room and the walls were paper thin. Needless to say, not much sleep was had between the noise and the grimey, wet feeling in the air. We changed hotels the next day. :(
