Everything seems good except they fail to either accept a 3 adults booking for 3 bed in deluxe room and charge extra for 3rd one at the counter OR they fail to show detail for extra charges online. In the side to shopping mall coconut tree are very may cause serious danger in case coconut fruit fall or the whole tree fell off.

Friendly service. Ants crawling along side walls. Toilet leaking. Bathroom water flows into leaving area. Once these are fixed, hotel will get more stars.
