Room upgrade was not as expected. Breakfast (Italian) did not meet the expectation. It was cold and plain. Hotel staffs and building/lobby were excellent. Location is moderate.

The room was classy and luxurious. The staff were very skilful, attentive and hospitable. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, the Nagoya Science Museum and many good restaurants.
