No, we had a room that had dirt in the bed but they quickly got us a new room. The shampoo was empty and a little dirty and they fixed that right away too. The hotel was awesome though. Great vibe and great food upstairs and fun downstairs!!

The light in the canopy above the bed on the left would not turn off. I went down to the lobby about 8:30 pm to notify someone and try to get it fixed, no one was at the front desk. I went back to the room and called the number to try and reach an employee but the phone just rang over and over. I called again and reached someone and they told me they would send someone from engineering up. No one ever came to fix this. I kept calling and no answer. It was very difficult to sleep in a bed with a light on the entire night. It was also very concerning that I wasn't able to find any employees of the hotel to help me in this situation.

Staff and valet were helpful and friendly. We were given a handicap access room, which was not an issue till it came to the shower. It was not a good experience. The towels had stains on them and we woke to a roach coming out of the electrical plug.

I have stayed there several times and it’s always been great but our room was a handicapped room with a bed a foot or two off the ground (low) and shower was handicapped so water all over the floor. No lip to shower.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was picture perfect, and the amenities they offered were great. Highly recommend the Cross-Eyed Critters Watering Hole and the White Limozeen, two places inside the hotel. Would stay here again.
