Ground floor room SO LOUD!

Pretty clean room but older. Room was on the first floor literally right next to an entrance/ exit door and right next to the lobby and staff room. Heard absolutely every person in the lobby and that came through and slammed that door. They should never provide this room to guests.

The night attendant extended my stay for two more nights, said I could have same room. Day attendant said that wasn’t right, couldn’t stay in same room. Maybe they should be on same page. I had no time to come back and change rooms. Because of a family member in hospital. Which was why I needed a room. Back costumer service.

Great Stay!

We had a great, comfortable stay. The coffee bar was wonderful. Also enjoyed grabbing breakfast daily. Location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. It was also nice that parking was free.

The front desk manager on Friday, June 13 was exceptional. He helped us in many ways and he was quick and efficient. I can’t imagine a more polite and amiable person to greet to guests.

Great location and incredibly friendly staff! They went above and beyond by reaching out to let me know I had left something behind in my room—and even offered to mail it to me. What hotel does that anymore? I’ve left things at other places and was just told nothing was found, even when I knew exactly where I left it. Truly impressed with their honesty and service. Highly recommend!
