Everything about this property is par for Hampton Inn, except the parking. They have been warped into thinking people will park here and pay to ride the shuttle to save on airport parking by some towing company. The lot was not full, and the towing guy with the yellow light on his car was over policing it after like 9 pm. It's a shakedown that they don't want to do anything about

Good experience

The hotel is clean, felt comfortable and safe. The employees were all friendly. Breakfast was standard but well maintained. Unfortunately, there is a $12 parking fee for the lot which is not a parking garage.

Bad experience

Terrible stay! How can a new hotel have these issues!! The mattress was terrible, super uncomfortable, the sheets... we don't that were replaced before we arrived. There was a small refrigerator in the room that makes a noise the entire night. We did not sleep. The hotel is new and the bathroom was clean and new, but not every detail was like that, as I explained.

Paying for parking when you’re staying there….

I was not happy that we had to pay for parking since we were a guest and paid to stay at the hotel! Breakfast was just ok

Overnight guest had to pay for parking through a phone app (the only way to pay). Didn’t know about it until reaching the property. Plus there was a $1.50 service charge for using the app to pay(which is unreasonable, not the amount but having a service charge for something that you have to do to park at the motel). According to the staff all airport and downtown motels/hotels are the same. The hotel was fine and comfortable, but this is a terrible way to treat guest at a good hotel.
