Hotel location was nice it’s walking distance to lots of places. Breakfast had great options. Room faced the main road so I could hear traffic all night. Also bathroom door is on roller so trying to close it and keep it closed was tricky. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The area of the main entrance has no maintenance at all. The ceiling is dirty and lamps and bulbs are full of spider webs. Rats crossing in the main entrance. The elevators are dirty even when they work perfectly. The carpets all over are extremely dirty. The shower door has moho in the bottom rubber. Staff is EXCELLENT. Too bad it’s not well maintained. Not noisy! That’s priceless. Breakfast was also good.

Would stay again

It was my first time in New Orleans. I came for a girls trip with my best friend. We checked in with no problems and go to our room and one of the beds were broke. I put my hand on the bed and it was lopsided and went to the ground. We let the staff know at the front desk and she got us switched to a new room. We loved the view of the buildings. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. Staff are friendly. And it was super close (within a mile or two from bourbon/french quarter). Overall everything was great. I would stay here again.
