the room was nice and clean but the whole building was ice cold with the air conditioning . breakfast was very limited ,solid fried eggs ,scrambled would be better,not much choice at all. your memphis place was much better

Not bad. Clean. Check-in staff was surly and curt. Breakfast was okay but the staff on a Friday & Saturday seemed inattentive (no hot water, styrofoam bowls, coffee in a separate room). The ceiling in my bathroom was unfinished and partially unpainted. The 'cleaning deposit' was sprung on me without warning. Delay in returning said deposit is unreasonable.

Absolutely loved our overnight stay as we had booked a cruise. Reservations and check in was great! Loved the location as the boys and I walked 2 miles in the city taking in the sites. Would stay again.

The bar wasn’t open long. My room was not very cool. On of the A/c didn’t work well. I had the dont disturb tag on and someone still came in to my room and went through some things while i wasn’t there. Check took like 30 mins even though i did it online.
