Property was perfect. Close enough to walk to Bourbon Street, French Market and the train car. The property itself was quiet, quaint, and we loved the pool. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

French Quarter Fest 2025

I loved the hotel, history of it and the location. Unfortunately it was supposed to have a bar which was closed and staff did not know when it would reopen. Marisol was lovely and even let us borrow her person charger when we had an issue with ours. Great location for Fest and Frenchmen St.

Staff and Hotel was nice. At on end of the French Quarter. Close to Bourbon Street. We walked everywhere. Before midnight area seemed safe. After midnight pretty dark area not a lot of light. We never had any problems though.

The Locations was great, Everything was far away enough to be quiet at the hotel, but close enough to walk to everything. Bourbon St., Museums, great restaurants, Armstrong park. The only issue is that the hotel was not very Updated and Modern. I could not control the temp in my room, the elevators were a little scary and the bar has not been open since COVID. The Staff was amazing!

Great location and vibe

Very convenient to French Market Place, Jackson Square, and River Walk. Lots of music from the Jazz Museum and other places. The Le Richelieu was a wonderful hotel to relax in and keep the NOLA experience going.

Staff and cleanliness was good. However walls are paper thin it’s like I was sharing my room with both my neighbors, could hear everything including snoring from next door. Also they put my room next to the ice machine, so that’s a load of noise every hour and whenever people want it in the middle of the night
