After dinner, we went to the downstairs lobby, my husband who is a concert pianist began to play, a woman from the concierge desk came over and told my husband to stop playing.. it was quite shocking… I suggest that you put a lock or sign on the piano.. I think we’ll go back to the Ritz Carlton… we certainly are not welcomed thenjoy..

Amazing location with festive fresh foliage (Christmas trees and flower arrangements). Customer service on main floors were good. The spa was relaxing with 3 separate waiting rooms (women only, men only, and couples) with fresh snacks, teas, and water. The locker rooms decorated in soothing colors had wet and dry saunas with clean well maintained lockers, showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. Make time to take in an afternoon tea in the lobby and/or drink in the bar. Traditional decor matching what we saw when in England at Windsor Castle.
