I had a fabulous time!! I have no complaints!! The entire stay was one of my best experiences in Manhattan. I especially enjoyed the free washer and dryer. That was so wonderful to get to clean my clothes so easily, while traveling. I also used the stovetop to cook, which worked great. I am thoroughly satisfied and will return in the future!!

I like the fact that they had a refrigerator and oven so that people can cook their own meals. I was also very cosy and it had a feeling of being at home. I will stay at this hotel anytime I am in NYC!

It was a nice weekend but the front desk manager was a rude, unpleasant woman who seemed to have contempt for guests. Generally a nasty person who made seeing her compromise your experience.

Convenient and comfortable

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Walking distance to lots of great stuff. The kitchenette was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The price was very good. It is a big plus to have a kitchen area with a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, a stovetop, a dishwasher plus all the utensils, pots and pans and dishes.

Checked us into the wrong room, had to pay a no show fee. Don’t pay extra for the high floors since your view will be a dirty building anyways. The air conditioning didn’t have a knob on it, have to use the thermostat. Fridge opened backwards, inconvenient. No food other than the little store they have, which is expensive. Other than that, the experience was lovely and genuinly perfect. The bed was clean, and Nickelodeon was on the TV! Spongebob for days.
