The room was walkable to a lot of things which is why I chose it. The water stays in the shower which made it smell. The elevators are long so add extra time when going up or down. BREAKFAST is amazing. It is near the beginning of Times Square so if you don’t like noise don’t book it. We could hear the sirens and honking (didn’t bother us) lol.

We absolutely loved Element New York Times Square. The staff was very friendly - the breakfast buffet was outstanding and our room had so many amenities. This hotel is a hidden gem - it is the best place to stay in NYC!

Breakfast buffet was amazing with many options. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Elevators were small, and slow during peak times. They were almost impossible to get during breakfast hours. No vending machines available for snacks or drinks.
