The sheets were not long enough to tuck in. The heat/air was difficult to understand and use. Our key card did not work, we discovered why after 2 replacement cards which didn't work due to a dead battery.Is your maintenance policy to change the batteries only when dead? The public womens' rest room had a dirty stall and the sink area was beyond distresses, grungy.

The hotel stay was fine- bed was firm but comfortable, room was clean, and they handed out unlimited bottles of water. The lobby was lovely and the rooftop bar was amazing. The rooms, though, left something to be desired. They just need to be updated and refreshed- some peeling paint in the bathroom and cracks etc. Heat/ac was quite loud (like a sound machine!) The wifi was kind of difficult to use. I also would have appreciated access to a microwave. Valet was available but pricey. Location was excellent.

Hotel was located in a nice area, felt safe. Hotel room was not worth the price for one night. Very Outdated, room wallpaper was messed up, toilet stained. Room was very small overall and don’t recommend if you are more than 1 person maybe 2.

Great location…Pardon The Dust!

This is an icon of Lincoln Center area, and a great location as it’s close to many nyc attractions. Unfortunately the quality of my room was unsatisfactory and on the shabby side. I’m not sure if the hotel is undergoing a renovation or remodel, but there was lots of noise in the morning and scaffolding surrounds much of the building. The reception agent offered me a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was very nice, but the room was on the first floor, and the windows were so dirty I could hardly see outside. They should definitely let people know that work is being done there before bookings are made.
