Staff was great, lobby was great, the rooms are woefully underinvested in, borderline gross. Peeling paint, dirty grout, peeling wall paper, stains on the chairs and curtains- it appears they haven't been refreshed, much less deep cleaned, in years.

House cleaning ladies were lovely. There should be a bar in the lobby. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, but one complaint: the handicapped bathroom door is incredibly heavy and the room is too small for a wheelchair. You should ask someone in a wheelchair for design advice.

Great location, can’t beat it for access to Lincoln center. Great restaurant- Rosa Mexicana! My only real complaint is that the room was too hot and there was no way to turn the heat off (or even lower the temperature). Very hard to sleep well in those circumstances :(
